We bridge this need by raising funds on behalf of the charities through our partnership with local businessmen.
Message from the Founder’s – Dennis Henry and Gerry Masters.
We have been jointly involved in charitable work for the past 30 years. During these years of giving, we concentrated more on feeding programmes, at, schools, orphanages, old age homes, street corners, and disadvantaged communities.

Apart from feeding we paid less attention to the more pressing needs, such as,
- Children and the elderly sleep on the hard cold floor due to no beds being available.
- Insufficient blankets for the old age and children during the cold winter months.
- Disable people not having wheelchairs.
- Lack of shoes for orphans that are going to school.
- Some organisations cater for 50 people but end up with 100 people wanting their services which creates a problem, with facilities to meet the need. Often it is the children or the elderly that suffer.
The list of needs is endless.
Charities have a great deal of compassion, love, empathy, and a desire to serve others. One of the needs that wish to bridge is funding. In addition to funding, we discovered the smaller organisations have difficulty in managing projects such building additional rooms, obtaining quotes and in some instances approaching corporate organisations for funding.
These key reasons gave birth to Seed Capital Entrepreneurs. As mentioned above, our focus is to raise capital for the various charities and assist these charities into teaming up with people that have the following skill sets, project managers, developers, and procurement experts.
Our desire is not to feed one meal for the day but rather to equip these organisations into developing business models that will sustain in the long term.
Together as businessmen we can improve the quality of life for the less fortunate, by assisting these organisations grow from strength to strength.
